Rachel joined Temple IRA in 2013 and has since held many administrative positions, including Manager of Testing Services, Test Manager, and Test Coordinator. She is active in state and national professional organizations as President and former Governing Board member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA) and former state representative of the Pennsylvania Association of College Testing Administrators (PACTA).

Within IRA, Rachel’s responsibilities include overseeing University Placement Assessments, exam processing services, and the University Test Centers at Ambler and Main Campus. She is responsible for the planning and strategic direction for testing and exam processing operations. Rachel convenes the University Placement Assessment Committee and ensures that placement practices and policies are applied and adhered to across all campuses. As a Temple alumnus, Rachel received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the College of Education. She is currently pursuing doctoral work and her third degree from Temple's Higher Education program. Her research interests include test administration, placement testing, and student success.
