Jessica joined Temple IRA in 2024, having served in various capacities at Temple University since 2018. Before joining IRA, she served as a Senior Academic Coordinator at the College of Education and Human Development and as the Library Depository Supervisor at the Libraries and Press. She received her bachelor's degree from Temple University and is currently pursuing a master’s in Applied Research and Evaluation.

Within the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment, Jessica supports the administration, analysis, and reporting of various surveys conducted at the university. These include essential instruments such as the New Student Questionnaire, Temple University Student Questionnaire, Graduate Student Survey, the National Survey of Student Engagement, and Student Feedback Forms. Her contributions ensure the collection of valuable data to inform strategic planning and decision-making processes, facilitating the university's commitment to continuous improvement and student success.
