Instructor Feedback on SFF

During each Student Feedback Form (SFF) period, instructors are invited to complete a brief form for each course they teach. This form allows instructors to provide important context about their course that helps interpret student feedback.

Providing instructor feedback is optional but encouraged, as it adds valuable information to accompany student responses in the final report. Instructor feedback is visible only to the individual instructor and authorized administrative viewers.

The questions may vary slightly by semester.

Timing

The instructor feedback form opens at the start of the SFF feedback period and must be completed before the window closes. Instructors will see their courses listed within the SFF system and can complete the form for each eligible course.
